This Privacy Policy explains how lotus365mx.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit this website. We are the data fiduciary in respect of the personal data described below.
We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
In short: this is an information and affiliate website. We do not run a betting platform, we do not hold accounts, and we do not want or knowingly collect financial or gambling data about you.
1. What we collect

We delete or anonymise personal data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless retention is required by law.
5. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you and who we have shared it with.
- Correction and completion — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data where we no longer need it and no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
- Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

10. Your responsibility
Do not send us sensitive personal data. If you contact us about an issue with a betting account, describe the problem in general terms only. Never include a password, OTP, payment detail or identity document in a message to us.
